I just moved into these apartments at the beginning of the month. So far everything has been great except for parking, which is why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5. There is a bit of a wait for a garage, but the prices are reasonable. You cannot beat this neighborhood, being right along the river is amazing in this heat. I haven't seen much homeless activity as of yet....just one man and he kept to himself. The apartment has been great for the kids. They love the walking path to the park, the small ones enjoy the play area, and the drivers in the parking lot go slow so I feel safe letting the kids ride bikes. The staff is also really great. I worked with Germey in the leasing office when moving in. He was informative and funny, kept to his appointments, and worked with my schedule when I needed him to. I am confident that if I need anything in the future that it will be handled expeditiously and professionally. The apartments are old but updated. The people who lived in my unit before me were pretty rough on it...there are a few dings and scrapes in the counter tops and the vinyl flooring which is not ideal but I understand not worth replacing. Overall the apartment feels clean and generally in good repair. I like the floor plan. It's spacious yet cozy and I was able to move almost all of my furniture from my home into this apartment. My only complaint about this is that the baseboard heating panels are all located directly under the windows in all of the bedrooms so it made putting beds/dressers/desks/etc. in the rooms difficult. (I have alot of furniture, if I had gotten an Ikea set, I am sure it would have been easier). I am very particular. I think if I am happy, 95% of people would be too.

I have loved my apartment for 7 years. The staff in the office is willing to help with any of my concerns. The biggest problem is parking but with our manager, landscapers, and maintenance they do their best tackling this issue. My apt continues to be my home.
