1) Each tenant and co-signer fill out and submit a credit/criminal background check application. The cost is $60/person. *If you have your credit frozen, please un-freeze it so we can run a credit check. If you fail to do so, an additional application fee will be applied.
2) Proof of income for 3x the monthly rental rate and a 650 minimum credit score, or a guarantor to co-sign the lease who meets these requirements.
3) A signed lease
4) Deposit due at lease signing:
-Refundable Security Deposit: $1,100
-Non-refundable redecoration fee: $650 (this fee goes towards the cost of cleaning and touch up painting after your move out)
