In order to reserve the unit, the following would be required:
1) Each tenant and co-signer fill out and submit a credit/criminal background check application. The cost is $60/person. *If you have your credit frozen, please unfreeze it so we can run a credit check. If you fail to do so, an additional application fee will be applied.
2) Proof of income for 3x the monthly rental rate and a minimum credit score of 650, or a guarantor to co-sign the lease who meets these requirements.
