2) Proof of income for 3x the monthly rental rate and a 650 minimum credit score, or a guarantor to co-sign the lease who meets these requirements.

Refundable Security Deposit: $695
Non-refundable Redecoration Fee: $900
Air Filter Fee: Equal to $10/month per length of the lease
