Private bedroom and full bathroom for your own use. Double bed included if desired. There is a furnished basement that can be made into your own TV area, too. Garage parking available to you. Price includes water, gas and electric. Laundry is upstairs of the unit.
Absolutely no pets, non-smoker, no drugs. Available for an August move-in, but willing to be flexible on the date.
