We lived here for a year and only moved because we needed more space. The property is beautiful and has tons of amenities. The neighbors were cool and the staff from Dena, Brian and the maintenance team were always so kind and made you always feel like you were a priority. We stayed in an updated 2Bx2B on the ground floor and it was beautiful. I loved the garden window in the dining room it allowed for a ton of natural light in the unit. All of the appliances were new, couldnt hear the neighbors through the walls, we didnt have issues with trash over flowing and things of that nature but there were a lot of homeless that walked though the property but the security patrol stayed on top of keeping that to a minimum as best they could. I was always taught its not where you live its how you live so it was no biggie to me. I feel that the price for the unit was reasonable especially with a pool, gym, dog park, open parking etc. I would recommend this place for sure cause they make you feel at home.
