The Warehouse Apartments are conveniently located in Downtown Fargo, just one block from the NDSU School of Business and two blocks from the NDSU School of Architecture. The Warehouse Apartments were renovated from an old lumber warehouse into residential rentals in 2006. Because of this, our building still bears the original concrete exterior with exposed interior duct work and some units still display the original 12-ft-high concrete ceilings. Our apartments offer free high-speed internet, keyless entry, packaged terminal air conditioning (ptac), on-site parking, and controlled-access entries. Walk to school, work, restaurants, shops and more!
