Very modern apartments and are in great condition. But only live here if you like to hear your neighbors stomping above you constantly and...
Very modern apartments and are in great condition. But only live here if you like to hear your neighbors stomping above you constantly and never want to use your internet. At least 5 times a day our internet drops and we cannot connect to it or the speeds are so slow that we can't even stream a YouTube video (literally have been at dial-up speeds for hours). They state in your lease to contact the company that provides the utilities in the event of an outage but when you contact the company, they show no issues. They claim to DNA test your dog poop and charge you if your dog goes outside the designated area but yet the yards are full of it and they do nothing. Snow removal is a joke and you better wear spiked shoes when you leave the building because they just turn it into a sheet of ice and don't actually remove anything.

New/newer apartments with nice modern interior. The exterior is of the building is also very appealing. Although the location is great; I don't prefer the apartments adjacent to them. It's as if someone put nice apartments in an area where children run rampant without supervision. If it was located beside the only other apartment complex - Pinehurst - with cleanliness in that area, then it would be great!
