I have had a lot of issues lately with them...miscommunication, them driving up our rent $30 a month, I've lived here for almost 3 years and they are just now doing this to me. Its ridiculous if you ask me and if I would have known that their rates would change I would have reconsidered my decision.
Management sucks Lindsey "Roach" is rude.. Very greedy people stay away from this place.
dog poop everywhere... also dont plan on keeping your deposit and prepare for extra charges...

Dont live here. WiFi sucks, delivery is impossible, no system to unlock the door for visitors, management is not helpful, never plow the parking lot, will tow often, WILL take your deposit. Probably the worst apartment Ive lived in in terms of management. Also, even though it is aesthetically nice, its way to expensive considering the drawbacks.

Overall, I love living at Northtown Crossing. Affordable for the features involved, and very open to working with residents. If I have a question I can walk down the hall and get help. It is very clean, and low noise even for college kids. If you need maintenance they are totally on it. Definitely have recommended this place to others.

I have been a resident for the past three years, and have had many friends live here also. Apartments and buildings are clean, well-lit, and safe, and I've never had an issue with parking since each apartment gets its own garage included. I love the apartments so much that when I received an email about Lux Communities hiring leasing staff I jumped at the chance, and have now been working where I live for a little over a year! It is great to both live and work here with a great office staff and community around. My dog and I love it here!

I recently moved into Northtown Crossing. Thus far, Management has been responsive to any concerns I have brought to their attention, and are quick to respond to email. I would recommend this complex/company, especially if you're moving in from out of state as I was able to make all necessary arrangements online before I arrived.

It was affordable, they offered decent amenities (In-unit W/D, 2 stall garage etc..) they allowed us to have a dog and the units themselves were modern and refined. Had some issues with cheap construction but for a college apartment we couldn't complain.
Management is horrible and will charge you for every little thing.
Honestly management is very annoying. They don't pick the place up and constantly things will break in our apartment due to poor instillation yet...
Honestly management is very annoying. They don't pick the place up and constantly things will break in our apartment due to poor instillation yet they will take it out of our deposit. Its a nice living space however the yards are littered with dog poop. Parking can be a nightmare and the management is increasing the rent every new lease period. Be weary when considering Northtown.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Everything seemed fine while we lived there for two years. Granted we didn't need anything ever, and basically never contacted management- we are very relaxed people and had no issues. Then when we moved out the management took as many things as possible out of our deposit. I have never seen anything like it. They claimed the things they did were far more expensive than anyone with a brain would know they were. Altogether, I would just advise you to think twice or just make sure you live a perfect life, because they will try to charge you for anything and everything at the end of the process. No matter how wonderful of a tenant you are.
