Extremely dirty. Dumpster is always overflowing. Gunshots can be hear every time it gets warm outside or any major holiday. Drugs and alcohol is a major issue here. It's gotten so bad that there are numerous police officers that live on property. Terrible and unsafe living conditions.

I don't know who lied or payed the so called residents to write a review to get 4 out of 5 stars lol. But Greens of Pine Glen is a total wreck. Constant problems inside the apartments and town homes such as leaks, stopped up sink, leaking garbage disposals and don't let me get started on the trash. The picture is self explanatory. Plus it's very noisy. If you want to move somewhere make sure you get a police report..and trust me its extensive and come on the weekends at night so you can see what's really going on. The landlord act like she don't care..Rumor has it that she has been stealing money from the residents and she hired more maintenance crew because only one was working but she fired some and others quit because of her..Oh yea, she also lives out here along and the cop that drives a blue expedition..They work together, i don't blame him, for being a "security" anything to make rent cheaper i guess..But look out for him and the only one maintenance man that also lives out there too. Rocks everywhere. I would've preferred mulch. Playground is not big enough for all the kids that stay in Greens of Pine Glen. Hard to find parking spots even with the permits it's still not enough space. They need a new management, bet yet a new landlord. I've seen atleast 5 that are no longer there maybe its because of their manager. Do your research before moving out here

I have called this apartment community several times in regards to checking the availability for a three bedroom. Each time I have called there has been different answers. I recently called this morning because online it states that they have an apartment available now but when I call we have 2 three bedroom apartments available but not by your time frame (then their not available now). I suggest that they update what is online and their wording.
Because my best friend isabella and priscilla live there and i want to live there but my mom said no .i really like that

My apartment at this complex was really nice. Due to circumstances totally beyond my control, I could not continue to pay my rent. My social security disability did not get approved during my tenancy. Michael Thomas, the property manager at the time, offered 2 options, move voluntarily or be evicted. He also told me that once I got my finances restored, I could move back in. Never at anytime did I take that to mean I would be charged for the remainder of my lease. And I was never contacted by anyone concerning this matter. No response to my inquires when I made attempts to reach them AFTER it appeared on my credit report! At the present time, I still have not been able to reach anyone in their corporate office, since the new management do not seem to know who owns the apartments.
