Deer Ridge is located off of 63rd Street, just south of the Racoon River on the western edge of Des Moines. This apartment community includes 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units with multiple baths. Its unique location overlooks the Raccoon River basin, is minutes from shopping in historic Valley Junction and has easy interstate access to all areas of Des Moines. The community includes a computer center with Internet access as well as three playgrounds and a basketball court. On-going classes in the community center include credit counseling, homeownership, parenting and computer software classes. Monitoring cameras are included in each building.
