My husband and I and our two kids moved in feb of 2018 I want to start off by saying the landlord is awesome shes friendly and knows everyones name. I had given my new home a great rating but so much has happened in these months.I had to change it The day I moved in I was bitten by a dog every week to every other week something is wrong with apartment just this morning the dishwasher just stopped working. Let me say this again the landlord is awesome and will have it fixed ASAP but as a tenant their is only so much you can take their has been weird bugs ants just numerous things happening back to back if I listed all the stuff it would be a book next time I will do more research before I jump head first into a new place the location is nice and you feel safe but I feel like Im harassing the landlord every week to get something fixed its so stressful you pay a ton in rent and every week something is wrong at the rate this is going one year is all we will be able to do here we love our apartment but this is to much

The best part of this place is the location and the pricing. However, I have had many complaints on how it was managed and how my maintenance request/complaints were handled. If you live on the west side of the building on floor one in the summer the sun will beat down into your apartment making it extremely hot. This wouldn't be an issue if the AC would work "efficiently" like it states online. The coldest our apartment would be at 72 degrees and would reach the high 70s and 80s in the afternoon, all while our AC is running and set at 70 degrees. We put in a maintenance request four separate times to come and see what was wrong. All four times the said it was working perfectly fine. The absolute worst part is that fact the since the AC is constantly running just to barely keep it around 77 degrees caused our electric bill to be over $300 during the summer months. Just keep this in mind when looking here. Try and get a place that doesn't face west and you'll be fine. Moving out was my favorite day at Ingersoll Towers.

Great place for anyone to move to, families included. Has a very 60's or 70's feel to it. Pretty large in terms of square footage. A short walk to a lot of cool places on Ingersoll. Has a cool party room that can be reserved. Maintenance responds within 24 hours. Overall, a pretty cool place.
The matinence man is super and responds to any issues promplty. Very satisfied.
