We lived at The Casey for just over a year. The place is awesome! The building is well maintained, offers a nice gym overlooking the beautiful pool area, various spots to sit and hang out, a lovely rooftop deck overlooking Coors Field, ample parking in a secured garage, and bike storage/maintenance rooms. The units are very nice with great walk-in closets and updated finishes. They offer plenty of additional storage options as well. Our unit was on the top floor, and we never heard anything from neighbors to outside noise; very quiet! The location could not be better! Walk to Coors Field, Union Station, athletic clubs, grocery, restaurants and shopping! It is also located near the bike trail system, parks and the South Platte River. While all of this is wonderful, the staff is what really makes this place fantastic! The maintenance team takes care of issues promptly and professionally. The office staff is friendly, professional and terrific to work with on any/all issues, in addition to them just being great people! We moved due to buying a home, but we truly miss our Casey apartment!

I absolutely enjoy every aspect living at The Casey. I have been living here for a couple years now and cannot say enough great words about our maintenance staff (especially Daniel) as well as Kenzie & Kristin in the leasing office. I would rate living here more than 5 stars if that were an option!

Best place I've ever lived so far. It's sad that our pools and one amenity deck closes at 9pm. However the staff is always personable and helpful. The workout space is smaller but super efficient. The pool and other amenity decks are amazing to hang out on! The apartment itself is clean, quiet, comfortable, and open.

I moved in several weeks ago and I am so impressed by how responsive the management is, how clean the building is, and by the maintenance staff.
I was able to move in a few days earlier than expected thanks to the leasing and maintenance staff, and that was such a huge relief to me ( thank you again, Kenzie!) I also put a request in to maintenance to fix my blinds around 1:00 this afternoon and they fixed it by 4:00 the same afternoon. They continue to surprise and impress me with their professionalism and commitment to their renters. I've lived in several apartment complexes in Denver and this has BY FAR been my best experience yet. Nice job everyone! Keep it up!! I am so pleased to have chosen The Casey as my new home.

I love living here!! To echo what many others have said: Amazing staff, great location, awesome apartments! I wanted to move downtown and they worked with me to make it happen. Yes, the hallways can get loud but that's what you get for living Downtown. I'm definitely hoping to call The Casey my home for awhile.

I lived at The Casey since 2015 up to Late Feb 2017 and left only because my company asked me to relocate to a different city. I will always consider the Casey if I ever come back to live in Denver. Everyone working at The Casey are excellent people; the manager, agents at the leasing office and the maintenance team are very professional, extremely nice and helpful, everyone is always smiling and asking how they can help you. There are monthly activities for the residents, most of people is well educated, professionals and students. The building is well maintain and the location is excellent just 5 mins walking to Union Station which is great if you need to get to the airport often. Coots Field, Pepsi center and other attractions are very close too.
The renters agreement is cristal clear and if you want your deposit back just do as they say, take care of the place while living there, and have it clean throughly when leaving if you do not want to pay for the extra cleaning fees, which are very detailed once you give your notice letter. In my case I did contract a cleaning company for $150 and got my check mailed to my place within 3 weeks.
Cons: It is a building and the conditions for this type of structures are common to most modern properties, please do not complain about thin walls and noise unless you were living on a 12th Century Castle before moving to a building. Young people means party and well you cannot control that just enjoy and have fun. Kristen thanks a lot for all your help the best for all of you guys

I don't usually write reviews online, but I figured it would be helpful with so many people relocating to Denver.
I signed a lease at The Casey in April and I couldn't be happier with my decision. I've moved multiple times for work, so I've lived in numerous apartment complexes, and The Casey is by far the nicest apartment complex I've lived in. And you can't beat the location - you can walk to all the restaurants, bars, parks, and Coors Field, yet you're just far enough away where you don't have to deal with the traffic or late night noise.
The office staff (Sarah, Ellery, and team) is top notch. The maintenance team is friendly and always around (I haven't had any maintenance issues or needs).
The building is brand new so odds are you'll be the first person to live in your unit. The units are beautiful, with nice countertops and cabinets and HUGE walk-in closets.
The common areas and amenities are obviously brand new as well. They have a great rooftop deck that overlooks Coors Field, which has a BBQ grill and 80'' TV. Residents tend to congregate there, which has been a great place to meet new people. The residents tend to be professionals and young professionals (25 - 40 yrs old).
I highly recommend The Casey. You get what you pay for and the office staff and other residents are great.
