Steele Creek is a Pet Friendly community that permits up to two (2) pets per household. There are no size requirements for standard pets, but there are some breed restrictions. These restrictions as well as our pet fees are waived if you have an emotional support, or service animal. Owners will be required to provide qualifying documentation to our third-party partner, Pet Screening. Our restricted breed list consists of the following breeds or hybrids of these breeds: Akita, Doberman Pincher, Rottweiler, Dalmatian, Pet Bull (e.g. Pett Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, APBT or any combination of such), Chow, Bull Mastiff (and most Mastiff breeds), and any Wolf Hybrid. This restricted breed list is subject to change at any time, and without notice. Other prohibited animals living in this community are: Birds, Rodents of any kind, Snakes, Frogs, Spiders, Ferrets or other exotic animals.
