Smoking, vaping, and cannabis: Prohibited inside the residence, garage, and enclosed areas- designated outdoor area only, in accordance with property rules and applicable law.

Screening and mutual fit are completed before approval and payment. Once approved, payment secures your dates. Within 24 hours of payment, Secure Onboarding requires a signed Residency Agreement, government-issued photo IDs and valid email addresses for all adult occupants, and a temporary $500 electronic security authorization hold. AMEX is not accepted for the hold. Travel insurance covering the full stay is required for reservations of 30 nights or longer.
