This month makes 2 months I've been living here, and I regret my decision every day that goes by. At the end of December, I had ordered 8 packages but were only able to receive 2 because people kept stealing packages off porches. When I advised the office of this problem I was told they do not have a package service and are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, that I needed to start getting them delivered somewhere else. Eventually I just had to get all my items delivered to my job instead of my own home where I pay rent! They also randomly cut the water off without notifying you. It's been plenty of times where I was in the of shower, washing dishes, or cooking and maintenance cut the water and I didnt know what the issue was until I called the office. So thats very inconvenient most days. Maintenance is fairly quick to come but slow to actually fix the problem. Last month my breaker box kept going out, which meant my electricity kept going out and is a huge fire hazard because the box also kept spitting out sparks and I informed them of all this. I had to put in 2 requests threw the portal as well as call the office before someone came out to even look at the box. The maintenance guy said he would contact the office because I needed a completely new box. I had to put in one more request and another call before they were able to come back out 4 days later to put a new box in. Another example, my ceiling vent in my living room started leaking sewage water one night. I called maintaince and they were not able to come out until 40 minutes later, the next day I called the office to see if they could check the area for mold and they informed me the maintaince man lives 40 minutes away thats why it took so long for him to come the previous night. Which is just crazy to me especially if you have an emergency within your apartment. Another big issue is extra people living in the apartments. My upstairs neighbors live in a one bedroom like myself but its 4 children, 2 adults, plus a dog and thats pretty much the case with most tenants here. Theirss always kids running in the street to the point you have to honk in order for them to move even when they see you coming. Im currently looking for a new apartment because I cant see myself staying the full year. SN: A pro to living here is your less than 5 minutes from 635.

Any problems they wont address but if it is a violation or you owe a payment best believe you will hear from them. My apartment was infested with roaches i had to take matters to my own hand. The area is not good either. You are making a horrible decision if you sign a lease here!!!

We've lived here for 6 months and its been terrible the whole time. Roaches when we moved in. It took about a month to fix it. When the outdoor water spout was leaking they put a hole in my shower to fix it. I had to call them over and over again to patch the hole so I could take a shower in my own place. The noise is terrible, cars driving around with super loud base that sets off my husband's truck alarm. The office rarely answers phone calls. They all go to an answering service and the likelihood that you'll get a call back is slim. The complex is gated but the gate only keeps out FedEx when you're waiting on an important shipment. The rest of the time it is open or people just wait outside for someone to come along with an access card. I even was once called by someone at the gate at 1am trying to get in. The pool was closed all summer. Now in the cold months I have a thermostat that only works 1/3 of the time. I am wearing a hoodie and warm socks as I write this. We picked this place site unseen when moving from out of state. Thank God they let us sign a 6 month lease.

Do you want to live with roaches, does waking up early screaming with a roach on your face excite you. Do you enjoy hearing rats in your cupboards. Do you enjoy friends getting towed everytime they visit your roach den. If you agree to any of those this is the place for you. Gun shots at night are not abnormal. Office staff is very friendly but loves to charge you fees. Maintenance is done the same or next day. My only huge iasue was killing a few hundred roaches a week and the rats i always heard but never saw.
