I really enjoyed the quietness of this place. However, I had had cockroaches infestation since July 2019. I have reached out to the Manager Ms. Washington 4 times, and documented my emails and complains. Ms. Washington fogged my apartment twice, and I emptied my kitchen twice which was very inconvenient for me, but i wanted the issues to be resolved. It is 8/27/2019 and there are still roaches walking around the kitchen. It is disgusting and insanitary. The rent for this place is ($980-$1000). I expressed my desire to stay and continue to pay their new rate, but the issue with the roaches has not being fixed. The manager calmly accepted my decision to move out and did not make an effort to try otherwise. I finally decided to make a formal complaint to the Anterra Corp and the TAA Apartment Dept. MY ADVICE TO ANY FUTURE TENANT IS TO FIND ANOTHER APARTMENT COMPLEX where your needs are listened and met.
