Bent Oaks will accept two pets per apartment. No aggressive breeds will be accepted, including but not limited to, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, German Shepard, Chow and Doberman Pinscher. A $350 non-refundable pet fee for first pet and a $100 non-refundable pet fee for the second pet must be paid at the time of move-in or at the time the pet is acquired. There will also be a $20 monthly pet rent for the first pet and $10 for the second pet. Only domestic pets (i.e. birds, cats, dogs, fish) are allowed in the apartment.
