Management is attentive to issues and concerns that arise. Staff has a positive attitude and willingness to resolve things.

Sarah is literally the only reason I keep extending my lease. She is so kind and understanding while also being professional and answers all of my tedious questions. Often times when I call she's the only one working and she still goes above and beyond. I've had a particularly tough past 6 months and I actually feel like she remembers and empathizes which is so important as rent prices keep climbing. I recommend asking for her if you need anything while you're at Keystone Falls.

The new management (Sarah/Kristy) are absolutely amazing!! They finally put numbers on the buildings and they are extremely helpful! They answer the phones and follow up with you on any issues you have! The units are very nice and my refrigerator broke and was replaced the same day! I just moved out and needed a recommendation letter and Sarah/Kristy helped me the entire time! Very patient and understanding! Highly recommend these apartments with the new management!
