Vanessa the new property manager has really turned this place around since I've been here for 3 years. She is super sweet and does what it takes to be an efficient property manager. I have had a couple of "hiccups" with some personal things since I moved in and she was beyond understanding of my situations and helped me a lot more than I can say about any other property manager I have ever had. You can tell she is a very genuine person.
Chris the new maintenance manager really knows his stuff! He goes the extra mile to make sure everything is quickly and efficiently fixed and that the people living here are satisfied. My dishwasher stopped working and he was able to get a brand new one in within a couple of days. He really listens to what the residents need and genuinely cares.
The Village at South Coast has dramatically improved since both of them have come here. Thank you!

This is my first apartment and I have been treated with such respect from both Vanessa and the maintenance man Chris. Their has been a few little issues but they literally are on them really fast. They treat you with respect and really care. I actually feel safe in the neighborhood. I feel blessed so far!!!
