We moved into a two bedroom apartment in the Eaves South Coast in the beginning of November. We first looked at the apartment in mid October, and was actively looking at other places as well. The complex can sell itself, with the beautiful landscaping and great amenities, but I have to say that the interaction with Blake in the front office was a great experience as well. He was very professional, friendly and very helpful during the entire process. We have been here for a little over a month, but it definitely feels like home!

Eaves South Coast is amazing and beautiful! During the whole move-in process Blake M. was very helpful, kind, and welcoming. I love the landscape here as well! Theres beautiful big trees, green grass, and well maintained bushes. I also love the fresh breeze, so I can leave my window open during the day and theres no need for me to turn the A/C on (saving me some money on those bills). Its also very quiet, I never hear any dogs constantly barking, and my neighbors are very quiet too. Not just that, but theres also many cool places in the area you can visit that are walking distance. Overall my favorite part about Eaves South Coast, is my apartment. It was very clean when I moved in, its pretty big for a one bedroom apt. And all the appliances are either new or well kept. I would highly recommend living here at Eaves South Coast.

Amazing Apartment complex & surrounding area! The complex is beautiful. neighbors are friendly and the staff are so helpful. Blake M. helped us with our apartment and was very on top of everything, super welcoming, and responsive. He made our move in the best move in experience Ive had anywhere. The surrounding area is awesome - lots of restaraunts and breweries right by, freeway and gas stations right by as well, but not a ton of noise/ traffic. I would highly recommend this apartment complex.
