UPDATE.. Been here about 2 weeks now and like I stated before the amenities are amazing. But you have some people who have no respect for other tenants, mainly speaking of the pool area. There are people out there smoking pot acting up being loud , doing back flips in the pool, smoking cigarettes while in the pool and when you are drinking booze and smoking pot someone is going to get hurt. Not to mention other people like myself don't want to go to the pool and be around that not to mention it's not something you'd want your kids around. And evidently the pool doesn't close because some of these people are out there all hours. I'm just hoping our lease term flies by. Some just ruin it for others

The Nicholas is by far the best apartment I have ever lived in! The location is great at the heart of downtown and has plenty of walkable restaurants, dry cleaning services, convenience stores, and even nail salons! The staff is amazing and always go out of their way to say hi and take care of any issues you are having. The maintenance team here is also outstanding as my requests are taken care of the day of. There are so many great indoor and outdoor amenities with the infinity pool being at the top of the list. Highly recommend!

Overall I would recommend this building. The management is receptive, fast, and go above and beyond to accommodate the residents. Maintenance is also quite responsive and knowledgable. The amenities are some of the best I've seen; yoga room, business room, community room with pool and fire place, gym, underground tunnel with access to the roof deck at the Citizens, etc. I only give one star off for some of the other less respectful tenants who don't clean up after their pets or cause property damage, and for the street noise. The views of downtown are beautiful, but I'm not sure it offsets the constant motorcycle noise and construction. Obviously, units facing the river don't have the same problem with noise. I don't think the downsides outweigh the benefits, and would rent here again.

The reason I cannot give a five star is the state of the dog park, and the fact that it seems to be a party destination for many. I do acknowledge that is the responsibility of residents as well.
But that dog park takes it down a star. People should feel shame!!!!
