Vista Wilde Lake Apartments is a pet friendly community. We currently accept a maximum of 2 cats or 2 dogs with the exception of the following breeds: Pit-bulls, Rottweilers, Chows, Akitas, American Staffordshire, Shar-Pei, Bull Terriers or any aggressive breed. No weight restrictions, ONLY breed restrictions. Pet Rent-Cat ($50/per a pet), Dog ($60/per a dog). Dog will have to be swapped and register with PooPrints above arrival. We have a one-time non-refundable Pet fee of $350.
