Ive been living here for about 3 years now. When I first moved here like a week into being here I had a roach & mouse problem. There were hidden holes all over my apartment where mice could and would sneak in from the outside. I expressed this to the rental office & they sent
maintenance out to patch up holes & set traps, sent pest control out very often for the roaches until the problem was taken care of. I no longer have a problem with pest in my apartment. The maintenance team do complete your orders in a timely manner. I can say at time I hate when the neighbors around me dont put their trash in the dumpster & leave it in front of it. I dont like that a filter has been placed on the kitchen sink, because now it takes forever for me to fill it up to wash dishes. Theres a new property manager, as well as rental agents I should say. I believe theyre nice & friendly people. I didnt really try to get involved with the old PM I felt like she was hot & cold at times, so I would just deal with someone else unless I had to deal with her. But all in all I like living here. Its quite & has a little shopping center up the street. Its not perfect but its still cool living here.
