I have lived here twice for total of 4 years and it's a beautiful community to bring up a family. Close to RT 29, 32, 40 and 108. Plenty of places to eat only 8 mins away. Only 6 mins from Columbia Mall. The townhouses are spacious and clean. Maintenance is excellent. Had had issue dishwasher, dryer and hall lights. Maintenance Supervisor Frank is both friendly and knowledgeable. Any issue I had was taken care of by Frank or his assist Ryan generally the same day. And the one time it took 24 hours they were courteous and keep you informed. It's a nice place to live with great people taking care of the property.

Ashton Green was the first apartment we moved into upon moving from out of state to MD. We lived in Ashton for a little over 4 years. The first two years were OK until Klingbeil Capital Management took over about two years ago. This management company made this place HOME for us. Their exceptional customer service and genuine effort in making Ashton Green a safe and welcoming environment to all, will forever be appreciated and cherished. This is a testament not only to leadership of Mr. Mike, the Property Manager but also Mr. Jeff, Maintenance Supervisor and his amazing team.
The property is centrally located around lots of restaurants, parks and grocery stores. We'll miss living in this quiet, safe and positive environment. Thank you to the management at Ashton Green for all that you do.

I have lived at Ashton Green for 6 years. within the 6 years, We have good management. The front office management is awesome!!! Mr. Mike is always nice and takes the time to talk to you. Mr. Jeff from maintenance is wonderful, he too is very polite and if there is anything wrong with anything in my home he makes sure it will get fixed no matter what! I know Ashton Green has a contractor worker that cleans the property, there is a young lady that is so nice and friendly. I really enjoy where I live and my neighbors are nice too. I give Ashton Green 4 stars!
