Landmark is the most luxurious and well-staffed apartment building in the city of college park. Not to mention the convenience of having a Dunkin in the lobby. A must for Sunday morning hangover cures! I would highly recommend this building for any prospective residents.

After living here almost an entire school year, I can say with confidence Landmark is the best apartment building in College Park. First, the location is superb. So close to campus that I tell people I live off campus on campus. Also, its next to the UMPD Headquarters - safety has never been an issue unlike other apartments that are burglarized on a regular basis. Not here. Second, the staff are outstanding. The leasing staff dont miss a beat when you ask questions or have any issues. Birhane, the manager of the property, is always a pleasure to talk with and truly cares about her community. Maintenance has also been top notch. Jaime in particular never fails to solve the problem and he and his team do so quickly, most often in less than 12-24 hours. Also cant forget about the cleaning crew who do a fantastic job keeping the gym, lobby and common areas clean, and the security staff who are attentive and make sure residents are safe at night. Third, the furnishings and appliances rock. Full kitchen, in room laundry, and it all works and is dependable. I could go on and on with how pleasant my living experience has been but hopefully you get the point: choose Landmark. You will not regret it.
