My husband and I lived here since 2018. The price was reasonable for the quality of apartment very spacious compared to others. Over the years when renewal would go up maybe $50 to $60 which was fine. But this year where it raised over $236 more we had to move out because it became unaffordable. I understand they are going by competitors prices and the market. However the competitors have more quality or updated apartments they have been updated have efficient cooling and heating systems. These apartments have NONE and are very OUTDATED. Every summer we've been here it hits 90 in the day and 87 at night in the apartment the swamp coolers do you no favors. This goes on for five whole months of nothing but sweltering heat. We ended up having to buy our own AC to keep the apartment temperature in the mid 70s which has helped make Summers more bearable. The appliances we had were very outdated but they worked so we did not complain. One thing we noticed is how lumpy the walls are from being overpainted on over the years . Other than the apartment quality we enjoyed our time here. The maintenance and staff are amazing and very friendly 10 out of 10. But $1,500 for one bedroom apartment that is Outdated by 40 years with no A/C is not worth the price they are asking for them.

Living here a year, the staff and faculty are approachable and more helpful than any complex Ive lived in the past. Regularly working on improvements for the quality of life for residents, while creatively making events to involve the community. As a resident, my neighbors are pleasant and reserved and some even willing to help with move in or locations and resources. My favorite part is the hands off approach to living; with options to pay online, make maintenance requests and newsletters on the door it helps with my busy on the go lifestyle.
