Recently, I was re-located to a new office and have been looking for a place closer to work. I had the opportunity to visit Creekside Apartments and was pleasantly surprised! I felt more like I was visiting a neighborhood community then an apartment complex. It is beautifully landscaped and quiet, considering it is off the expressway, the brick wall around it probably helps. Michelle was helpful and patient with all my random questions,which was great not being rushed. I wasn't able to see the amenities due to them being closed, which I understand. Unfortunately, there were no 1 bedrooms available at the time as I would have applied

Most of the time I only leave reviews if the service was bad or someone was completely rude. This place has been really good to me. Top notch service If Ihave something that needs to be fixed, and that was only once. The management has been way more accommodating than anyother place I have ever been. My son loves it and so do I. A little spendy, but they make up for it with good management and service.

Creekside is the best apartment community that I've lived in. The management team (Colleen, Jenny and Martin) are great to work with! Maintenance requests are handled very quickly. These apartments are very spacious, huge walk-thru kitchens and a wood-burning fireplace. They recently put in a dog run. Clackamas Town Center and MAX are within walking distance. Mt. Talbert is just down the street; there are some great hiking trails up there. Creekside is a great place to live!

I just moved in. Like it so far, management is great ! My only complaint is the fixtures are super cheap and there's no padding what so ever under the carpet! The bathroom shower head and spout are really cheap along with the door knobs (old). The Holiday Inn has better quality fixtures. One would think that with the rent as high as it is, they would have better quality in the apartments.
