Welcome to my modern and stylish 3BD/3BA duplex condo (1,700 sq ft). I've lived in this unit for the past 3 years, and your other roommate moved in back in 2023. Our unit features:

The Lease

📍 Located on the main floor, while the other two bedrooms are downstairs (along with the washer/dryer)
About You
We're looking for a roommate who is:
✅ Considerate & tidy – Respectful of shared spaces (clean up after yourself, handle dishes, etc.).
✅ Open to communal cooking – I love to cook and share meals, so if you enjoy food (or at least don’t mind being around it), that’s a big win.
✅ Independent but friendly – We all do our own thing, but it’s nice to have a roommate who’s down to hang out occasionally.
👉 Preferably hybrid work or onsite, but open to fully remote.
