Great Pilsen one bedroom - cozy and efficient - Great small one bedroom space. All newly redone with new cabinets and appliances. Nice new bathroom. Wireless FREE included in rent. Laundry in building free for usage. Bedroom is not large but will hold a queen sized bed. Bedroom is separate but open to living space. Not the space if you are looking for tons of sq footage but it is the right space if you want a cozy one bedroom in a well maintained building. Great location right down the street from Casa Del Pueblo and close to all CTA transport.
I care about the spaces I have created and high attention was paid to details. I work hard to keep spaces clean and tenants happy. Building has great and respectful tenants. Conveniently located near main bus lines and pink line EL stop at Ashland. Cats are okay. Sorry no dogs. I am looking for the right tenant to occupy this new space.
