The apartments are very nice with updated appliances and the outside property is well maintained daily, I have not had any issues with the front office that would be viewed as rude maybe short in response from them, but not rude. My concerns are with the inside of the property. The rugs are extremely dirty and garbage is in clear view in the hallways and stair steps. I am curious as to how the let new tenants view the property because it looks very bad. My guest who comes over to visit was completely shocked that it looks like this and we both hope it does not start to smell, during the summer months. I was also hoping for more interaction from the new management with events and also their vision that they have with the complex since they have taken over the property. I would hate for them to be in it to just collect the rent and let the place fall until a new management company takes over. The area around the apartment is very nice so please don't let that happen. I enjoy living here.
Carmen at the front desk is very friendly & helpful, all the staff was very kind to me & helped answer all of my questions!
The staff is very very helpful and very nice the neighborhood is fantastic I would recommend them to anyone looking to move
