I am naturally a very inquisitive and like to know exactly what I am getting into when I move to a new place. That being said, Tom was has been extremely helpful in the entire leasing process! He was great in the tour that he gave me, and was extremely knowledgeable about the entire establishment, and their leasing process. When I had more questions the next day, and stopped by the leasing office to get some help, he came out to help me again, and even offered an impromptu tour to re-address my concerns.
Along with all of this, he sat with me and helped answer questions as I completed the application, and kept up communication with me afterwards. I moved with a very short deadline and he helped make it happen, and helped me maintain confidence in the process the entire way.

My husband went to tour the community and love what he saw. Andrea was very helpful and knowledgeable! He told me about the the community and how Andrea show him the apartment. He then set up another tour in which I could attend with. Andrea remembered who he was and upon meeting her I felt welcomed by her. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable and made us feel at home. She were also very helpful during the application process! Thank you Andrea it was such a pleasure meeting you!

I have lived at River House Apartments for almost a year. Stephanie and Andrea from the Leasing Office are always so helpful and I have never had any issues here. The maintenance team is also very responsive. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone and I couldn't have had a better first apartment in Norfolk!
