Paying 1,500 a month, cant ever get ahold of anybody, the hallways never look like they are clean. Had blood on the walls for more than a month and nobody ever cleaned it.. I had cleaned the elevator a few times because it has gotten really bad. paying this much to not have hot water for a good minute, elevator has been down.. whens the next time that will be fixed? Prob wont be fixed for 3 more weeks.. seems like every time something goes wrong they take forever to even fix it. Im disappointed in this place. Cant wait to get out.. doesnt matter if you have somebody thats handicapped living with you.. still gotta take the stairs, doesnt matter if youre a single mom with toddlers and trying to bring up a bunch of heavy stuff, its not like I can leave my kids upstairs while I go back down for groceries because my kids keep opening the door. Office doors are always locked, been in there once to tell the lady we have been trying to contact somebody for 2 months & she said she would call me back that exact day.. nope never got one single call.. paying $1,500 for what. My kids cant even take a bath here because every time they do they end up breaking out and then cant sleep because they are up all night crying & itching everywhere like crazy

My family and I have lived for a couple years and it is a wonderful place to live. Katie is a great manager she is always so friendly and quick to help when you need it. Bill is always so kind and always does his best to help. Our air conditioning wasnt working and they responded with help right away. The staff here is wonderful!

Me and my family have lived in Clover field market place for a couple of years now, and Im still amazed with the great job the New management here does for the residents. I had problems with my washing machine and stove and they fixed the problem very quickly. Quiet community, clean, dog friendly, safe. The management and maintenance team are absolutely wonderful! They take care of everything in a very timely fashion. Would recommend!
