Pineview Townhomes are nestled in the quaint city of Jordan, which is just 30 minutes to the Twin Cities area. This townhome community offers open floor plans, full-size washers, and dryers, and attached garages.
Select units are funded through the TIF program. Residents applying for a TIF unit will need to income qualify. Please call for additional information.
Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. The fee for one animal is $500. For a second animal, an additional $250 is required.
