My first day was good loved the apartment but I can already tell management going to be a problem that Mexican lady Puerto lady the one who gives people there keys is very rude and always have and attitude she made me not even want to move in and take all my money back and the first day I met her before I moved in she was also rude she just needs to be fired. Mariah very friendly and helpful and makes me feel very welcomed she was doing my paper then that other lady came and I was just ready to say give me my money back she needs and attitude adjustment before coming to work .

HORRIBLE At First everything was GREAT then, management changed and things went downhill from there, Don't have any packages sent to you, the front office LIE and Lose your packages and around Christmas leave a large note that all packages can be left at your front DOOR, SUCH a GREAT idea -smh, my husband car was damaged and the Front office stated its nothing they can do about it .... The Guard gates NEVER work, Did I state Front Office Staff RUDE .... then at the end they charged us for cleaning after we cleaned the apartment for the next tenant .... THIS IS HORRIBLE to live at ... Don't waste you time or MONEY ... SPEND EXTRA for better Customer Service and for Adults to treat you right ... all this after paying our RENT on TIME ... also, our A/C took 3 weeks to get fixed and MAD roaches all over our apartment - Gross, Please don't go thru what we went thru ... RUN RUN RUN

Roaches and bedbugs. They come and spray once a year, but only give you a one day notice. Hard to find boarding for a cat in a day. Also, don't bother having anything fixed. Your lease will be up before they get to it. Don't forget the gunshots at 2 in the morning. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything.

Ugh, the worst. I lived here for a year, 2015-2016 and I could not wait to move out. First of all, when you are touring the complex they make sure to show you the nicest apartments they have to trick you. Then you move into the most absolute trash apartment ever. Old cabinets, old doors, old everything, stuff falling apart left and right. When I first moved in they told me they would be doing some remodeling and renovations. They slapped a couple coats of paint on the outside of the buildings and the stairs and called that 'remodeling'. Paint can't cover up what hasn't been fixed. The stairs were still falling apart. My building had been painted blue but always looked a brownish blue from all the dirt on it. Not to mention the HUGE potholes in the main entrance way. They literally fixed those within in the last two months I lived there. It took them that long to fix them. Maintenance was pretty much non existent. It took them like a month to fix the light bulb outside my apartment door. The grounds, stairwells, and landings were always dirty and covered in trash. They advertise as a 'gated community'. Yeah right. The gate was always left wide open. They make you pay for a gate key which is completely unnecessary because the gate was never closed. The office staff must have a high turnover rate because it seemed like every time I went into the office there was a different person working there. I went in one day to get a payment amount and they only had one person working in the front and she was suckering some poor couple into renting there. I could see two other people working in the back office just looking at me standing there waiting and doing nothing to help. Terrible service. Worst of all I found a ROACH in my shower one day. That was the final straw. Do not live here. The apartments are trash, the grounds are trash and the staff is trash. Should probably call this place Garbage Dump Apartments.

I cannot express enough how terrible this apartment complex is...if I could rate them 0 stars I would. Where do I begin? First of all, the staff in the office will appear to be kind until you have an issue. They hardly answer the phone and when they do, they put you on hold until you have to give up and end the call yourself. The apartments are so run down it's pitiful! They were built in like the 80s/90s and you can tell barely ANY work goes into them to make them work properly. All they seem to do is clean it, re-paint the walls, and steam the carpets before you move in, but they don't actually properly check to make sure everything is functional and up to standard. They are so old and gross; probably filled with mold and who knows what else?! They are also filled with fleas, but don't worry they will charge YOU for the treatment even though the fleas are not your fault. This place is so run down my toilet roll holders and towel racks couldn't even stay on the walls. Speaking of walls, they are so paper thin you hear EVERYTHING around you. Once the hot water tank was leaking and I had to call them THREE times about my apartment having water all over the floor before someone even stopped in to check. Oh, and the apartment above mine was leaking one night and the water was coming down into my apartment too. I called their "emergency maintenance number" and it went straight to voicemail. When I told them this the next day they said, "oh sorry, we forgot to set up the phone for calls." UM WHAT?! Please do not live here! If I could take back my experience of living here I would in a heartbeat. Worst place ever. Save yourself the stress and live far away from Park 2300.

The street view when driving/walking by is so amazing!!!!! You have the whole Gated community thing going, the office looks well kept, you can see a beautiful pool, gorgeous flowers that just make you feel at home and even a playground all by riding/ walking by the apartment complex. It's one of those things that just seems to good to be true and even within a reasonable price range. You google it to see what the inside of the apartments look like before you actually decide to go into the office, and let me tell you it is BEAUTIFUL!!!!!! Nice space, new appliances and everything is exactly what you've been looking for. Until you actually go in the rent office of your hopefully future home, and a whole 15 minutes goes by before anyone actually is able to help you. But you think that's nothing because this place is everything. So you get on the golf cart after telling them what you're looking for and sitting being ever so patient for 15 minutes, and after seeing the first pool they show you a second pool. BONUS, right? After they show you the second pool they tell you about the little car center where you can clean your car and now you're just ready to sign the lease already and move into your new home. And then you walk into the apartment and you see an extremely small space, OLD appliances, cabinets falling apart and it looks nothing like it did in the pictures total opposite in fact. If they spent more money on the inside of the homes and less on the outside appearance trying to draw people in then and only then would it be worth looking at. So now all those hopes you've gotten up are shot down and you have to start searching for somewhere else to live all rover again.
