I have lived here since 2018, during which the property was under a different property manager. I can vouch and say that Brooke is LIGHT YEARS ahead of what the previous PM was doing. I see the changes on a regular basis, the upgrades and the improvements. Things I love: Beautiful pool and pool area, including updated loungers Upgraded gym Attached garages Quick and friendly maintenance for the 3 times I had them in the last 4 years! The apartment is spacious and roomy Amazon hub for convenient package delivery and pickup Location- This place is close to everything. Shopping, food, medical... Things I don't love: Annual renewal time. Recently inflation has resulted in the price being bumped but that's nothing out of the ordinary. My sbux coffee increased too, I can't complain too much!

I have been living here for more than 3 years . The current manager and staff are wonderful to work with to resolve problems. They have been very attentive to my concerns and issues and keep me informed on the status if an issue will take longer than a day or two to resolve. Every time I walk into the office I am treated like they really care about me.

I have been living in Citra for over 3 years. This place is great and enjoys proximity to delicious restaurants, grocery stores, uptown, I-77 and I-485. Leasing office staff is very helpful in resolving maintenance requests promptly. The community has 24x7 gym which is recently renovated. The laundry room needs little attention and regular cleaning. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay so far.
