After some hiccups, we have had ALL issues resolved. Jenny was polite, patient, and did not raise her voice. We have LOVED our home and would love to stay, except I'm not a fan of Unit 4 school district, so my family needs to relocate at this point for my son. ***Update - 06/27/2017 - Our sliding door was FINALLY replaced, I thank you for taking it "seriously" and replacing it... it only took almost two years of complaining about it, and power bills in the winter of over $250 a month, for it to finally be taken care of.

Where do I even begin with this horrendous company. I know that most people that post negative reviews have done something wrong but not in our case. Maintenance is staggeringly slow, it's almost IMPOSSIBLE to get anything fixed in a timely manner. Have had problems with our sliding glass door since we moved in, phoned them about it SEVERAL times, someone came out stuffed weatherstripping in between the two doors, which spread the doors open and I was sitting in my living room during a storm and ended up SOAKED in my own living room. That was over a month ago, no one has been back to replace the door. Our lease is up and we are NOT renewing with them. We have been applying elsewhere but for some reason our rental history kept coming back as "sketchy " we FINALLY had a property tell us that Green Street Realty told them and I quote "they have a co-signer, they don't pay their rent and are completely dependent upon their co-signer." EXCUSE ME, WHAT!?? let's add SLANDER to the list of complaints. We DO indeed have a co-signer and a check is given to them, BY our co-signer (because that is how they felt more comfortable being a co-signer for us and we give our co-signer the cash.) Mind you BEFORE renting from them I had 9 YEARS of excellent rental history, however my boyfriend had no credit, so we needed a co-signer. When I called them about this issue, the woman who answered the phone was rude, yelled at me, and said "we don't tell people those things." But then she informed me that she had just taken over the rental referral responsibilities and just kept saying "I'm sorry, they shouldn't have done that, moving forward, it won't happen again." Well what the hell am I going to do about ALL the places I have ALREADY applied at?? The ones that believe I have sketchy rental history because of the slanderous filth that came out of their mouths. I will not recommend them to anyone, I would never rent from them, I would rather be homeless than deal with these senseless, wankers! You know what else is awful, calling in to talk about it, and you people being rude to me, interrupting me, not letting me finish a sentence, and then yelling at me. I was upset and calm the first time I called but now, it's VERY VERY DIFFICULT to remain calm. That's NOT how people should be treated. And a correction to my earlier statement above, as you WROTE it down, it wasn't verbal it was LIBEL, not slander. Great people... Where do I even begin with this horrendous company. I know that most people that post negative reviews have done something wrong but not in our case. Green Street Realty is the best property management company in the CU area. They have housing available at different price points to meet all needs on and off campus. They are building high end apartments if someone wants more luxury, such as granite counter tops, stainless appliances, fully furnished apartments, high speed internet, and more. All those in need of housing should stop in the Green Street office and work with one of their outstanding leasing agents. 5+ stars!

Beautiful properties! Prompt maintenance staff. Love that they have 24 hour maintenance! When the leasing agents helped me pick out a property, they were very kind and patient. They really do have the "largest selection in town" like their ads says. The girls at the front desk are great - even when they are busy! I'm glad I chose Green Street Realty as my home. Their service goes above and beyond. Thank you, GSR!

So was going to sign a lease. The rent was advertised at $475. The lease was printed it was $525, $50 more than advertised. I think they hoped we just wouldn't notice. Walked out when they tried to justify the bait and switch.

I will never rent or buy from green street realty and would highly recommend my friends and family stay away as well. My husband and I asked to see a property and were disgusted. The tenants were currently living there and the home was in terrible condition. The realtor didn't know information about the property and gave us no heads up that it was currently being lived in. We were stepping over cat feces and randomly strewn clothing. I called the leasing office afterwards to let them know and the lady was extremely rude. The call ended with her hanging up on me. Very disappointed.

My daughter rented her first apartment from them. They were very nice when they were trying to get her to sign the lease but they have been horrible since then. They did not make any of the repairs the "said" they would make and the lease agreement entitles them to enter the apartment any time they want. Thank God it was a short term lease. This by far has been the worst property I have ever leased with. I am being as honest as possible, and wish that I would have listened to others before singing a lease. So please do not make the same mistake I made. LISTEN TO AND READ THE REVIEWS! They are greedy! They create any reason to charge their tenants, but take a very long time to fix things. They will charge you without any explanation and do not feel the need to respond back to you when you have issues or concerns. Tenants matter, but not to them. They will charge you a few weeks before your lease is over. Again, they are the worst. Don't give up when you're searching for properties, there are great ones out there. Just not Green St.

I have learned that when you think living conditions cannot be worse, they certainly can. Green St. Realty is irresponsible, condescending, and greedy as sin. I have only just moved in two weeks ago but they have already violated the lease by not providing us with new appliances and furniture. Heck, we can't even lock our door half of the time due to a faulty lock!! They seriously think students are that stupid and don't know what standard humane living conditions are. They seriously think we do not know the difference between hardwood floor vs cheap laminate flooring. They seriously don't think mold is a big issue at all. I am not sure what planet they operate on but one thing for sure, they will take all your money for nothing in return.
