Affordable, good location. Management is kinda shitty multiple car break ins, management said they didn't have time to review footage even tho I parked in range of camera. Haven't had maintenance issue that I pointed out when moving in fixed yet going on 8+ months. And lord forgid you have a package sent and left in the office. You may not get it for a month if you are an employed due to office hrs and days closed

BC transit and Walmart. The residents do seem quite off ,like crazy and kinda weird so I keep to myself. I moved in about a week ago btw. Overall, it's cool place. Oh and very affordable and flexible with getting a place here.
