Pets are acceptable with deposit and agreement of other tenants.

Renting for $3200 for two tenants, includes utilities of water, electric, gas, yard and trash! Discounts available if adding an additional tenant.

For each pet, there is a refundable security deposit of $200 and monthly fee of $35.
