John really knew right what to do when we had a leak from a water bottle on our counter that sneaked into the cabinets. Thanks to john that whole area of our counter and cabinets and drawer now look like new. John was prompt, friendly, efficient, skilled and creative. We cant thank you enough.

You know how they say apartment hunting is stressful, well it is. When I came to look at apartments at Alcott, I was fried! In just a few minutes of chatting with Mike, I was back to enjoying the process. Mike is truly awesome! He is so personable! He was not only interested in knowing my criteria, likes dislikes but also about me & my life. I could tell he was unlike some agents who kind of are merely trying to get you to lease an apartment, but was trying to get to know me and was showing me all there was to offer. The lady reviewing my application was patient, forthcoming and really amazing also. 2.5 weeks in and I still love the apartment, even though its has a load of boxes currently! Everyone at the concierge is awesome, they always have a smiling face and wish you as you go in and out. They have been so helpful with everything. Some of them already know my name! The maintenance person who came in was knowledgeable, helpful and so peaceful! He went by his way and got things fixed as I was working. No dangling key noise, no rushing around to finish the job and leave. The apartment in itself is very good, well thought out, not cramped, without pockets that one cannot use for anything. The finishes are great. And the true joy is the view! I guess one can say it is very very beautiful and peaceful and wonderful, but probably there are not enough adjectives to be just and fair. My experience so far has been really good. So far nothing has felt like a transaction, its all a communal affair. :) Thanks Mike & team! I am hoping that with people like Mike, and other members, this team will continue to make this a great community to live at! Thank you all for making it a wonderful experience for me.

We worked with Katie to find our new home and she exceeded our expectations. She was Very professional and very patient with all of my questions and follow up visits. Shes also easy to work with and super responsive. The building is beautiful and has all of the amenities we could ever ask for. Location is also top-notch.
