I do enjoy living here. The manager does her best to make sure everyone is happy and she tries to fix whatever issue we have. She is sweet to the children and very considerate of others. Ive only been here for 3 years.
The issues I have encountered were:
main one was someone stole my car from the parking lot and Ive asked about any possibly security, obviously the owner doesnt care.
someone had their items stolen as well before my car was stolen, still no care for security
the rent was raised $100 at one point but usually its at least $50 (no rent control)
no way to contact the actual owner of property
