I lived in the Volume 3 apartments for a year. Very well managed property. Maintenance responded very quickly. The office staff was friendly. Very quiet building. Never heard my neighbors. Felt safe, but didn't walk late at night. The main reason I moved is because I wanted more natural sunlight. Plus the rent increased $200 after a year.
Everyone is so nice. They really were so pleasant helping me process my move in paperwork. The complex is wonderful andI love the community....

The complex is wonderful andI love the community. The laundry facilities on the other hand are not up to level at all. But everything else I totally recommend, but I will totally be doing laundry elsewhere.
I loved living here! Great prices, wonderful staff, awesome restaurants nearby, and easy to walk around. I would recommend Volume to anyone.
