The large living room is a great place to hang out and/ or have study sessions. Water and electricity are included with the rent!

Deposits vary depending on the applicant's application, however, the minimum required deposit equals one month's rent.
If you have pets, there is a $350 non-refundable pet deposit. Please note that some breed restrictions may apply.
