I was looking for an apartment recently and was driving around and stopped at this location to get some information. The office was very clean and the girl in the office Debra was very friendly. She asked all the right questions and its rare you find renters like this these days. Some one walked in the office while her and I were talking and she was very professional. She greeted the person with a smile and very enthusiastic. The Renter was having some issues and she apologizes but informed Him on the eta and mentioned she would put the request in. I strongly recommend these apartments, if it werent for me moving in with a roommate, I would definitely consider living here.

Management/maintenance do absolutely nothing. Apartments in my block are RAT INFESTED. Do Not Recommend anyone moving to this property. Dont let the minor improvements...

Please read and listen to reviews ! I read reviews and was like its just mad people but nooo its true !!! Please take your business else where !! I Moved here in September 2017 been HELL since ! Its February 2018 and Im just ready for my lease to be up with these money hungry apartments ! They dont fix anything you asked to be fixed , its 20degrees outside my heater doesn't work. My car got towed after the leasing agent didnt give me a parking sticker or any information on the sticker, then my family members cars got towed after the apartment people told us to park them in the visitor side TWICE it was towed !! I get harrassed for $3 saying I have to move out ! I get harrassed again no matter how much I pay , I continue to get harrassed over little things ! They lie about signs being put up ! I will be stress free and happy when my lease is up with these money hungry COWARDS !!! I wish I could give it a -1000000 !!! Need new management , contractor or whatever they have !! Everything & everyone needs need to be replaced !! Claudia can stay I like Claudia in the office !!! THEY WILL ENTER YOUR APARTMENT WHENEVER THEY WANT TO WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION !! Next time imma have a lawsuit waiting on they ass !!

If there is anything less than a star i bet you thats what i would have given. Old management wasnt the best but was way better than new management. Took more that 2 weeks to fix my kitchen light, new unfriendly office staff, now thats just to mention a few, i would write a book if i had to write it all Today's events crowned it all leaving asap. My advice spend you money somewhere else.

These are by far th worst apartments ever my sister stayed there since September and have had atleast 5 dead mice in her apartment that they did nothing about Ive also being going over there since sept and never had a problem with parking my car until Wednesday they towed my car like 20minutes away and it was $300 I wouldnt recommend these apartments to a homeless person!

Management was friendly, but inept. Pipes in the apartment above mine broke, flooded my unit and it took 4 days for them to come vacuum the water from my carpet. Then they left the front door open while they vacuumed, and let my cat out. Carpet stunk for months after that.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. EVEN AS A LAST RESORT. I have been a resident at this community for 3 years now. Previous management was the worst aside from some of the girls in the office. So, I was excited to learn we would be getting new property management. They promised amazing things such as remodeling, community activities, etc. We weren't going to resign our lease due to the fact nothing was ever finished in our town home from the moment we moved in. They persuaded us to stay and told us how commited they were to making our home better and even offered us a lower rent rate due to the conditions. Well, that was almost 4 months ago and our problems have only gotten worse. The town home floods every single time it rains ( drizzle or pouring), roaches are everywhere as well as ants, poisonous spiders, and fleas. We now have water coming up from our wood flooring in the main walk way and guest bathroom. It has gotten so bad that it has now progressed to my bedroom carpet. The bottom of my door is swollen and splitting due to water damage. I also have black mold in all of my walls (photo documented btw) that they only painted over . I told them from the very beginning they needed to move us to a new unit and repair the damage. But, continue to just try to do bandaid repairs while ignoring the MAIN ISSUE. I wasn't going to take legal action to get these repairs done because I understand the place was horribly neglected for years. But, the "manager" Debra was so RUDE to me when I was trying to show her why we were withholding rent ( which we are legally obligated to do, due to the living conditions). She just proceeded to say "bye, have a nice day." Everytime I was trying to ask her what was going to be done and told her she would be hearing from our lawyer. Our town home isn't worth $1,400 a month and it damn sure isn't the "upgraded" version I was promised THREE FREAKING YEARS AGO. This place is more concerned with who owes money rather than how the living conditions are. Maybe you should care more about your long term RESIDENTS that the cosmetic view from the outside. DON'T SIGN A LEASE HERE.

Everything was fine until one day my daughter came home from school scared. My daughter goes to Arlington High School across the street and she would walk there every morning around 7am. Well she told me that that morning one of the maintainence workers followed her in his little truck while catcalling her. Keep in mind she's only 14 and the man is in his 40's. Disgusting. She told me which one of the two guys that work there did this to her and then I told my husband about this incident. He decided to confront the two fat pigs that work there. One of them immediately said it wasn't him but my husband told him it was not him who he had a problem with but it was his partner. The guy denied it all and said my daughter was lying. Then my son got in into the argument until he finally admitted to doing so and said he was sorry and he would not do it again. He also told them to please not tell the office because he could get fired for it and that he could not afford to get fired because he had kids and his wife was pregnant. WOW. What if someone did this to one of HIS daughters? After this happened I never let my daughter walk alone to school and I would walk her to the stoplight for the rest of our time living here. We soon moved out. PLEASE do not rent here for as long as those pigs are working here.

DONT MOVE HERE. Worst apartment management ever. Aside from the fact that they will not fix anything, my car was destroyed here: had my side view mirror knocked off, an entire wheel stolen, scrapes and scratches on every side. Every month you will get an eviction notice whether you pay online or by money order because they never tell you the correct balance. All they care about is filling the apartments they will not lift a finger to keep tenants or ensure they are providing a healthy/safe living space. You will find that going above the property managers head will still get you nowhere and end up living in an apartment with no AC or hot water like I did.

I hate the office at these apartments. They always have new people and new managers. No one EVER answers the phone in the office. The pool is never open and they make it extremely hard for people that have jobs to use the work out room regularly. I have lived here for going on 4 years, I think I'm gonna find a new place to live if they can't get their crap together!!!!!

Everything is legal & up to date on my vehicle so there is no reason why it should have been towed. So to Eric's towing company in Fort Worth, Texas you have towed my vehicle for no reason. It's nothing to like about it. They lose your rent check then harass you for rent money and when they find it they don't apologize. My air went out beforw I went out of town and when I returned the water was off. I can the emergency line 3 times and they never returned my call. This apartment has the worst management ever in life.

This place should be called Ghettosprint because it's Oak Cliff living with Southlake rent. The office managers are disrespectful as can be when you have issues such as an upstairs plumbing leak concealed behind drywall, a hornets nest over a door infiltrating your apartment, a broken down AC, a roach infestation from the last tenants and shorted out electric outlets. The corporate office in Houston literally hangs up on you for complaining about anything. The community is full of loud, aggressive, utterly disrespectful kids that pick fights and run around screaming well after the sun sets.
