PRO'S
- amazing neighborhood right behind the building
- affordable rent
- gated
- maintenance guys do their best to fix the problems in a timely manner (mostly within 24 hrs of submitting a request)
- front desk people are friendly & professional
- quiet "most of the time"
- friendly neighbors
- well maintained pool and grounds maintenance
- MOST people are respectful and clean up after their pets
- beautiful small apartment complex -- all the older trees make it feel so home-y here.
- very close to EPIC gym, playground, dog park, and Trader's Village
CONS
- continued bug problems (even with regular treatment) for the entire year we've lived here
- it's an older apartment so the AC units don't work very well during the summer. I lost count of how many times we called maintenance to come fix our AC unit. We ended up buying a window unit to put in whenever the AC broke because 85+ degrees in the summer was just not working for us.
- the buildings were all supposed to get major foundation repairs done at the beginning of March 2020. Because these repairs were postponed due to COVID-19 Shelter in Place order, I have noticed more cracks in the sheet rock as well our floor is nowhere near level anymore. Maintenance had to come readjust a door at one point because we couldn't close the door to the bathroom.
Honestly if it weren't for the roaches and AC problems, I would give this place 5 stars. I really loved living here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in the area!
