We just left after living there for 4 years. Holly Park is a great place to live. We've heard horror stories from our friends at their apartments, but Holly Park was always great. Office staff is so friendly--always knew who we were. Not many things broke, but when they did, it was a quick and painless fix. Management is awesome at doing things to make improvements and landscaping was always beautiful.
The manager called the cops and almost had my kids and his friends arrested for playing soccer at the park in the grass.
We have lived here almost two years now and love it.

The management was very unprofessional. The manager personally was unprofessional. When we first moved in we were deceived. My fionsa is handicapped and we were promised that the doors would be widened. I call and spoke to someone in corporate and she was rude and suggested that we paid for the repairs. I feel that anytime management doesn't respect someones disability they are heartless. Eddie is the best maintenance guy I have ever meet. He did a fantastic job. Overall it was a nice place to live. I did have an issue with the upstairs neighbors. There were 3 adults and one child every one weighed over 275 lbs and the walking was constant. Management never did anything about it except for a suggestion for us to move. Mind you I was a resident prior to the neighbors move in. Aerial the manager I believe is prejudice against anyone who isn't hispanic.
