I just renewed my lease for the 3rd time and I have nothing but good stuff to say about everyone! Office ladies are always friendly in a good mood and ready to help, maintenance is quick, detailed and clean! I def recommend this place to everyone looking for a nice place without the sky-high rents.

I wish I could give negative stars. Office ladies are rude and money hungry, ALWAYS finding fees to add to get more out of you. If you don't pay them, they add more. Apartments are infested with roaches, people always loitering and blasting loud music. Someone is always digging in the dumpsters late at night. They up the rent saying apartments are "newly renovated" but all they do is slap on a new coat of paint and linoleum floors. One of the worst places in Arlington to live. Would not recommend these apartments to my worst enemy. Truly disgusting.

Beware place is infested with Roach's and bed bugs had to leave everything behind office staff is shady and maintenance drink on the job and some aren't legal to work in the US and this goes for timber brook,Bella Vida,rodgers landing and casa Bella I worked for them for three years as a maintenance and the man that looks over these properties I won't say any names but don't trust his word he is a wolf in sheep's cloths His word is worth about as much as he is worth for that company nothing. Can't be mad at him though he's made a lot of money but its all made on the tenants expense.

Horrible customer service. DO NOT RENT HERE , THEY WILL LIE TO THE CREDIT BUREAU STATING YOU OWE THEM FEES AND RUIN YOUR CREDIT UPON GIVING 30 DAY NOTICE. Registered guest parking signs, with no marked spaces for visitors they then tow your vehicle for not being in a "authorized visitor space"

These apartments are horrible. I havent lived here for a couple years but when I did Cindy was Manager along with her daughter. They appear to be real friendly until you sign that lease. I moved in apartment directly above office. It was infested with cockroaches, When i told management they acted as if I was lying because mother (cindy) and daughter lived next door to me and they supposedly had no bug issues. Later i started getting bug bites. Once again telling them and they blamed me for it and tried making me pay to get the problem taken care of in all our apartments saying I must of brought them. Every month they made excuses for extra fees. Cindy husband was security and they would always just sit around drinking. The son in law worked for the tow company thats why they are so strict on no visitors so they can tow cars. One day I called office to get parking pass for my friend to come over. I wouldnt be home before office closed to pick it up. I was told to just park in handicap in front of office door and their would be no tow. Sure enough they tried towing car. I ran out and stopped them but they made me pay them $200 cash to unhook my car from the tow truck, My lease was finally up and I moved out. Later to find $1000's of fees in collections. I tried contacting them several times to find what fees were for and never can speak to them. I am now stuck paying those fees which is unfair. Horrible place this place dont even deserve 1 star!!!!!

Bed bugs, roaches, drugs, guns, prostitutes. New management painting all the buildings, built new patios, but has done nothing for the bed bug or roach problem. And they have raised the rent at least $100 + on all units, but have done nothing to improve the units. Many, many illegal immigrants living on property. Apartments being broke into. Garbage always laying around on the property, and tenants leaving bags of trash on patio to attract bugs and rodents. Oh, they've changed the name now, but it's the same bug infested place. I would advise strongly against moving here. There are many, many other really nice places to live for the same price or less.

First off I'm glad they are painting the buildings. But they tore all bushes down and covered several parking spots on the north side of the apartments and there isn't much parking over here anyways. Then your forced to park across the street and hope your car doesn't get broken into. I have twice now. This is why we have a security guard. Now you don't even see him no more. This place was much better without the new management in town. They don't send notices until the day of which in my opinion is not enough time for residents. They tear down satellites without permission. Are they footing the bill? NO they aren't. But I'll be damn sure they reimburse me and I'll be going to city of Arlington. You can't just make up rules as you go and see fit. You want to raise the rent to 650 a month for one bedroom? Are you serious?!?! You better be upgrading every apartment then if you wanna charge an arm and a leg. You will never get the occupancy because of these roaches and bed bugs that you say is not your problem. I've always paid my rent and kept to myself but you wanna kick over half the people le out. Good luck getting people in here! Upgrade upgrade upgrade!! Then you have to give your notice to them to release information to another apartment?!?! I've never had too anywhere I went. Please go somewhere else. 3 bedrooms are going for over a 1,000 no upgrades. I'm all for a new management company but you need to train people better.

Initially this was a great place to live. However since new ownership took over and started making their rules and addendums up as they go this place has really gone down. The two girls in the office that I wouldn't even classify as being qualified to be managers are rude and fail to communicate their policies before they enforce them. All satellites were removed without notice and now we as residents are stuck paying for services we are not able to use and must pay extra to get our satellites relocated to the ground. Before my lease is up I will be looking for a new place unless management or ownership is changed again. If you come to look for an apartment to rent and Victoria or Cenevieve are the leasing agent and manager I recommend you walk back out the door as quickly as possible. They may seem nice up front, but that's just so they can meet their quota for filling apartments. I've never been late on my rent, I've never had complaints against me by other residents as I am sure most of my neighbors are equally as good tenants. Hopefully this place gets made into a parking lot for AT&T stadium once I move out, which I would still not trust these two women to manage.

Apartments are nice. It is a quiet community. The only issue is guest parking. You have to get a visitors pass for anyone that wants to visit which makes it a real hassle if people just show up. The ladies in the front are super sweet.
