Northgate also offers something no other neighborhood in Ankeny does: being a part of North Polk School District. Northgate is also located near all the necessities: Hy-Vee, Target, and Fareway, as well as Otter Creek Golf Course. Full size washer and dryer inside units with a garage with remote included.
