Northgate is an inviting development on the north part of Ankeny that has a little country feel to it. Northgate also offers something no other neighborhood in Ankeny does: being a part of North Polk School District. Northgate is also located near all the necessities: Hy-Vee, Target, and Fareway, as well as Otter Creek Golf Course. Full size washer and dryer inside units with a garage with remote included. Trash is paid.
Our application fee is $50. We do charge a non-refundable admin fee of $150.00. Our deposits start at $500.
