Super friendly and helpful staff that will go out of their way to make sure your needs are met. Beautiful trees and landscaping give the area a park-like atmosphere. Typically a very quiet community - the train is very close but after a short time you dont notice it anymore. Pet friendly to the extent that there is even a small gated dog park on-site. Parking can be an issue, especially on weekends and holidays, but coordinating with a roommate to save the reserved spot for whomever arrives home the latest can make a big difference.

They are caring, professional and attentatively ensured our time in the community was satisfactory each year of our lease. Too bad i can't give negative 5 stars! This place is a sham!!! They reeled me I'm with the quiet gated safe community bs! I don't think I ever had a quiet night there between the train, neighbors and the dogs! Safe.. lol.. my car was broken into in my carport, went to the office to inform them, all I got was a oh where at.. and then they continued to sit in the office and do nothing like usual. Then came home one night to a homeless person inside the complex asking me for socks oh and then the crazy lady who would do her laundry there and take all the washers and dryers and say we can't use them even when her clothes were done then leave with all her stuff in her trash bags. This place nickel and dimes you and when you have an issue they do nothing about it even when you pay 1900 a month plus water trash and utilities and don't count on anything being fixed there they do a half ass job and don't actually fix it oh and if you love the water being shut off once a week due to issues this is the perfect place for you! Oh and yes my favorite memory of this amazing place.. getting kicked out of pool at 7pm at night because my voice was too loud but my neighbors can blast music and party till 4am and it's totally cool come live at the vineyards you will love spending all your money here....

Between Christina and Vi, the management team can not be beat. They are quick to help resolve challenges and will help you find things that are around....

Pro: Staff was nice. Price reasonable for location compared to other apartments. After failing to tell me that there is hot water piping under the apartment they offered to relocate me.
Con: I have lived at these apartments from March of 2013 until current. To make this short and to the point the reason I am giving them a 2 out of 5 star is because of how horrible my current unit is. They knew about this issue and should have said something. This unit stays at a hot temperature because of the HOT WATER PIPING running underneath the unit to feed the HOT WATER TANKS next to my unit. The wall AC system is useless unless your 5 feet in front of it, and its ON and running consistently all day. The staff even told me I was using it incorrectly because it's only allowed to be at -10 from the outdoor temperature. Complete Bull.
The other reason is the utility bill which they divide based on the amount of square footage in your unit. I can tell you that regardless of using these utilities, my bill has almost never changed while being away the WHOLE month or completely wasting water and electricity.
Looking forward to getting out of this HOT BOX!
