We have lived here for almost 5 years. We were here with the previous management (that you may see reviews on) but I can say that the new management (switched about 3 years ago) is really good. They respond quickly to a request or issue. The property manager is super friendly, and she looks out for the complex and tenants. I remember, she even delivered a package to my door when it was place outside the complex, which was really nice of her. The apartments are pretty up to date, ours has granite countertops, hardwoods, and such. It's assigned parking underneath which is really nice! Parking's a luxury in CA. We are really close to the Disneyland Resort so you do hear and see the fireworks (something to think about with pets and kids). There are two laundry facilities, although I wish we had an in-unit washer/dryer. Its a gated community, lots of families, so, I have never felt unsafe in the complex. All-in-all, I love living here; I wouldn't have stay for 5 years if I didn't. For the price, you can't beat it.

Great place to rent and close to everything. The complex is very quiet and closed off from the surrounding city. They are pet friendly which is great and the enclosed atmosphere is great for families with kids. One great thing about the community being relatively small is that it makes management very accessible. The current manager Carol is very nice and always on top of things. Limited underground parking is one drawback. Another huge drawback/perk is Disneyland fireworks being right over head. If you live here you will definitely grow numb to the magic of fireworks.
